About the Speakers

Larry Shields is the Chief of Information Security Services for the MITRE Corporation, with more than 20 years of experience in the Information Security field. He has spoken and taught classes on a wide range of information security topics, from security architecture to application security. With a focus on making security best practices operationally sustainable, Larry has focused his recent attentions on risk management and leveraging GRC tools to facilitate risk awareness.

Endre Jarraux Walls is the CISO for Customers Bancorp and its subsidiaries: BankMobile Disbursements, BankMobile Technologies, and Customers Bank. He is responsible for the security of over $10B in domestic assets and provides leadership to cyber risk, digital compliance, security operations, governance, resilience, and cyber fraud departments. He has held all 3 C-level roles in the technology industry, as an award-winning CIO, CTO, and now CISO.

Prior to joining the Bank, he served as an executive in the Healthcare, Telecom, Technology, and Hospitality industries. Walls also led a ground-breaking global advisory service for a Global 100 technology company and manufacturer. He was recently recognized as one of the top 40 under 40 leaders in the greater Philadelphia region. He earned a Bachelor’s in Information Systems from Capella University.

Christopher Rence is the President of Rimage Corporation. He is a solution-focused senior executive with more than 25 years of success spanning global compliance, software and cloud technology, security, telecommunications, e-commerce, and financial services. His broad areas of expertise include SaaS, security systems, data protection, technical infrastructure, global compliance, IT strategy, cloud computing, operations, ERP systems, data centers, and global team management. Prior to joining Rimage, Christopher has held leadership positions with EQUUS Holdings, Digital River, Inc., FICO, and Accenture.
