Theresa Payton, CEO of Fortalice Solutions and former White House CIO, is one of the nation’s leading experts in cybersecurity and IT strategy. She’s a frequent guest on national and international news outlets and is one of “100 Fascinating Females Fighting Cybercrime.” She’s also a well-respected author and a frequent speaker on IT risk. Her latest book, Manipulated: Inside the Cyberwar to Hijack Elections and Distort the Truth is available now.
